HELI - SNOWSHOEING - HALF DAY
REGULAR PRICES:
                                    Per Person 2(two) people minimum              NZ$ 682 pp
                                    Per person 3(three) up to 5 (five) people       NZ$ 508 pp
PRIVATELY GUIDED PRICES:
                                    Per Person 2(two) people minimum              NZ$ 799 pp
                                    Per person 3(three) up to 5 (five) people       NZ$ 625 pp

These prices are valid 1st Nov 2011 until 30th Oct 2012
Minimum of two (adult) or equivalent price. Single travelers please contact us to check availability.
Winter departures only - (1st June - 30 Sept, and sometimes starting in May and going into Nov, depending on snow)

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Booking and Payment details, requests and requirements.

All of our rates are in NZ$ retail and GST inclusive.

Children -

Child price is 14yrs & under. Generally we don't charge for small children that are carried by parents,and we encourage people with children to take a private walk rather than have the hassles of walking with others.

Minimums -

Snowshoeing Discovery & Snowshoeing Adventure - The maximum number of persons per guide is ten (10) with a minimum of two (2) paying adults. For single traveler or for larger groups please enquire.
Snowshoeing Heli - minimum two (2) as above.

Privately Guided -

‘Privately Guided’ means you have a guide to yourselves, an exclusive walk with departure and return times at your wishes, and we provide a special gourmet lunch on day walks. Minimum of two adults or equivalent price also applies for all Privately Guided walks.
Any walk that includes the hour between midday and 1.00pm, is a ‘Day Walk’, a ‘Half-day Walk’ must finish before midday, or, start after 1.00pm.

Responsibility -

Guided Walks New Zealand Ltd manages the hazards of walking/hiking/snowshoeing.

            You must follow the instructions of the guide and parents please ensure that your children do the same.
            Please advise your guide if you have any physical conditions that may affect your enjoyment of our walk / hike today.
            By participating in our walk / hike / snowshoe you agree to these terms and conditions.

Our cancellation policy is -

You cancel within 1 wk (168hrs) = 25% of trip price.

You cancel within 3 days (72hrs) = 50% of trip price.

You cancel within 24hrs or day of departure = no refund, 100% of trip price.

Operator Cancellations – Guided Walks New Zealand Ltd reserves the absolute right to cancel any service as a result of dangerous waterway, road, weather or track conditions, insufficient reservations or any other unforeseen event or circumstances. In such cases a refund will be given.

We can confirm your booking when you make full payment, or supply us with your credit card number, expiry date and name on the card. We will not use your card number unless you do not comply with our cancellation conditions. You can then pay your guide on the day of your walk.
